Terms & Conditions - dry hire only

Dry Hire

All our bars are hired out as 'dry hire'. This simlply means we provide the bar, you provide the drink (or the food etc). Our staff will set up your bar for you whenever you would like it but then our staff will leave and come back on collection day, we do not provide staff to help you run your bar. This provides you with the ultimate flexibility for your event and helps to keep your costs down.

Customising

We love that we can offer out our bars as fully customisable units and will help guide you through your requests to make sure the bar is perfect for your event. There a few limits however - for example we cannot change the wood the bar is made from, or the colour of the bar.

When it comes to shelves/accessories/lighting and displays however, we can offer total flexibility to ensure you get the right bar for you.

Safety

Each bar is PAT tested yearly to ensure all electrics are working safely and is fitted with an RCD plug power supply

Fair wear and tear

We send out all our bars in excellent, serviced condition - because we make our bars in house we also maintain them to a high standard after every hire. We understand that due to the nature of some events, accidents can happen but we do expect our bars to come back in a fully 'rentable' state - that is to say they will only need a little sanding for watermarks/scuffs and scratches etc before they get sent out. Rubber drip mats are supplied and expected to be used to reduce the chance of damage. We will also provide a hire agreement which will need to be signed by the person taking responsibility of the bar during the hire time. Incidents that cause broken shelves/damaged light frame and missing components will result in some or all of the security deposit being retained. A full list of image and component costing can be found below along with safety deposit information.

Everyone of our bars takes a large amount of time and effort to build - we just ask that you love and look after the bar as if you had built it yourself.

Security Deposit

It sounds crazy we know, but we have had thefts of bars or 'irreparable' damage where we have never seen the bar again. Because of this we now ask for a fully refundable security deposit on delivery of your bar. This also covers for excess damage and lost components listed below. Along with the hire of your bar we provide a checklist to ensure you know exactly what you are having delivered and so we know what should be collected. The security deposit is £750.
